Just like every beginning has an end, housemates Isilomo and Avala have come to the end of their journey in the Big Brother Naija reality show.
Avala and Isilomo became the first housemates in the 2019 edition of the Big Brother Naija Reality show to be evicted, after scoring low in a challenge.
Before the Sunday eviction, six housemates namely Avala, Gedoni, Kafhi, Isilomo, Omashola, and Ike were up for eviction. They were were automatically placed on eviction after having the lowest coin.
However Avala and Isilomo were eventually evicted, after scoring the lowest in the marble challenge initiated by Big Brother. Isilomo scored 2, Khafi scored 4, Avala had 3 while Gedoni scored 5 in the challenge.
The two housemates were shocked to have been up for elimination and eventually, eviction but, the show must continue.
Unlike in the Double Wahala edition where housemates were given the grace to stay in the house for many weeks before the first eviction happened, it so turns out that the rules are different for these set of housemates.
Isilomo and Avala had only spent a week in the house before the curtains closed on them. Given the circumstances surrounding their eviction, many Nigerians have taken to social media to air their views.
While most aren’t surprised by the eviction, some object to it and others have stated that it is unfair for the girls who have abandoned their lives to come prove themselves in the BBNaija house.
Below are more reactions: A lot of people are not happy about the eviction as they feel the girls should have been allowed to spend more time in the house. Some others feel it is just a game and someone must be evicted.
I know it is not a time to be funny but Avala and Isilomo family and media team would have bought enough sim Card to vote and they now got evicted in just a week on top coin #Bbnnaija #BBNaija pic.twitter.com/0CX3GJuqDw
